Very nice and highly recommend!

Great location, very comfortable and extremely friendly and helpful staff (they even sung happy birthday for my friend’s 30th and have him a little cake)!

I would be nit-picking but the shower gel didn’t last 2 of us long so needed to ask for extras.

Room 366 needs more maintenance Had to get the air conditioning fixed, and twice required maintenance to repair a faulty shower tap. The shower blind between the shower and bedroom is old and needs replacing.

Fabulous, though dated, hotel very close to the beach in Balil

The staff throughout the hotel whether it's food service or front desk or housekeeping, are ALL very nice and accommodating. Location is GREAT for beach access. The staff arranged for us to have a boxed breakfast on our two first mornings as we had tours that left before 7 a.m. When we went upstairs for the actual breakfast, it was GREAT! Also, both restaurants on site are very good, too. Downstairs near the lobby is more casual; on the 5th floor, a bit more for regular dinner dining. Beautiful views of the beach from the 5th floor pool and restaurant area.

Refrigerator is too lightweight and falls all over the place when you load it. NOT COLD. Also the PLACEMENT OF THE SAFE is ridiculous. I could reach to lock and open, but because it is so high (on the shelf above the wardrobe) it is IMPOSSIBLE to see inside. I used a long pen to do the final check to see if everything was out of it before we left. NO USB ports in the rooms, so be sure to bring your adaptors (they use GB and European adaptors here).

Excellent stay!

Location is right on the main street- super convenient. We walked everywhere. The beds were SOOOO comfy! Excellent view of the beach and coast from the rooftop! Staff were amazing - super attentive and friendly. Thank you Gita and Nanda for a smooth check in process. Thank you to the staff on breakfast/housekeeping/restaurant service as well (too many to name) who all provided excellent service.

Only flag is that the chlorine levels were really high in the pool which reacted with our sunscreen dying our swimsuits green. So maybe wear dark coloured ones...

Friendly and comfy hotel.

Supernice staff. Very welcoming and best food we had in the 4 places we stayed at. Gym not big but ok. Nice view over the ocean at the top. Fpr the room we got an upgrade and the dinner coupon!.

Take down the awful metal rack that disturbes the view on the roof top. Or at least paint or do something with it. We had double glass on our balcony door but could still hear fairly loud the night music very near. Its ok, we still could sleep.

It was a 2 min walk to the beach and a 4 min walk to The Practice Yoga studio.

Its close to the party zone so if you like to go to bed early, you’ll most likely hear a few drunk people singing once in a while.

Would not stay here again. Most expensive property I booked in Bali and by far the most disappointin

Rooms smelled musty and stale. A/C BROKE but was fixes that night. Pool towels old and ratty, pillows on chair seats filthy, not enough shade at pool.......disappointing.

Staying at Aston Canggu was the highlight of my 16 day, 4 country Asia trip!

I loved the breakfast! It was AMAZING!!! I especially loved the different types of fruit juices they had. My favorite was the watermelon juice. It gave my friend and I life since we were recovering from an upset stomach. Lots of different options and it was a good mix between Indonesian and Western breakfast items.

good location and comfortable room

It’s a nice large hotel with many things to do. Great area for bars, restaurants and shops and there are many things to do near by. The rooms are clean and the staff are all very lovely.

It’s close to loud bars and clubs so if u are here over the weekend either ask for a quiet room or get ear plugs. If you like to party this won’t be an issue for you!

Nice bed and a good shower.

First day very noisy room, but got a room change. I needed a taxi to another place in canggu but that was not possible without being ripped by the local partner of the hotel. They asked 150k while I know it is 50k or even less with a gojek car. So book a gojek car.
